Specializing in Southern art and Huntsville-inspired scenes, my watercolor and gouache paintings celebrate the heart, history, and beauty of the South!

Borrowing elements from both traditional batik and watercolor, I layer alternating applications of melted wax (used as a resist) and watercolor pigment over drawings made by hand on fine rice paper.
